So what’s a normal student load? The average student has up to 15 boxes, bags, suitcases. All the prices quoted are therefore based on this average.

You don’t need to worry about raiding the local supermarket for boxes either. As part of the service, we include 15 very strong packing boxes and tape, delivered in advance, so you can get your packing done at your leisure.

It gets better…all our drivers are experienced removers, so they know exactly how to handle your possessions carefully. And all our vehicles are clean, modern and reliable.

So how does it work?

1. You book your move online.
2. We deliver the empty boxes and tape in advance.
3. You pack the boxes. The earlier you book, the more time
you’ll have to pack.
4. We collect the boxes.
5. We deliver the boxes to the delivery destination at a
convenient time to suit you.

IMPORTANT: Student Load Definition = up to 15 packages; boxes, bags, suitcases, luggage. A bike is allowed, but is counted as 2 packages. There is an additional charge of £10 per extra package. No item must weigh more than 20kg, for health and safety reasons.

If you live in Halls of Residence, we will normally collect your packages from the Hall car park. Or, for an extra fee of £25, we can collect from your room. If you would like the room collection service, simply check the box:

Cancellation and Refund policy: You can cancel your move or storage at any time via email or telephone. If you cancel before the packing kit has been dispatched, you will be refunded in full. If you provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, prior to collection, but after the packing kit has been dispatched, the cancellation fee is £30. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation or fail to be present at the collection, the cancellation fee is equal to 90% of the total price.
